Third Party Terms and Conditions. The Licensed Materials (or portions thereof) may be subject to terms that are in addition to the terms set forth in this ▇▇▇▇, and the Customer hereby agrees to comply with such terms. These terms may include, but are not limited to, end-user software licenses of third party (free/open-source) software incorporated in the Licensed Materials. Such third- party software shall be licensed, and the Customer shall use such third-party software, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of the respective third-party- licensor(s).
