Customer agrees that Moovweb may, notwithstanding Section 13.13 (Amendments; Waivers), modify the terms and conditions of this Section 4.3 as deemed reasonably necessary by Moovweb to maintain consistency with the applicable Analytics Services terms and conditions. Any such modifications shall only be upon written notice to and written acceptance by Customer of such modifications. In connection with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s use of Analytics Services on behalf of Customer, Customer authorizes Moovweb to act as its agent for the limited purpose of binding Customer to the terms and conditions of the applicable Analytics Services.
