If you subscribed via a third party (e.g. an app store such as iTunes, Google Play, Amazon Store or Roku or any third party distributor), any fees charged for your Subscription will be billed by the applicable third party using the payment information you have provided to such third party and you will need to cancel your Subscription through such third party(ies). Subscription purchase, billing, cancellation and refunds for Subscriptions purchased through Apple’s App Store or through any other third party, will be governed by the terms, conditions, usage rules set out in Apple's App Store Terms of Service or any other third party’s terms of use. If you have purchased your Subscription through Apple's App Store or any third party, you will need to cancel your Subscription through Apple or any third party.
