Third Party Throughput Credit. If TLO throughputs volumes from third parties (other than Replacement Customers) at the Terminals during any Month, such volumes shall be applied as a credit against the Minimum Throughput Commitment, up to a maximum of 6,500 bpd. All volumes throughput by Replacement Customers shall be applied as a credit against the Minimum Throughput Commitment.
Third Party Throughput Credit. If a third Person throughputs volumes pursuant to a Customer Third Party Contract, such volumes shall be applied to the applicable Minimum Terminal Volume Commitment for each such Terminal. If a third Person throughputs volumes pursuant to a Terminal Owner Third Party Contract, such volumes shall not be applied to the applicable Minimum Terminal Volume Commitment for each such Terminal.
Third Party Throughput Credit. If a third Person throughputs volumes pursuant to a MPC Third Party Contract at the Terminals during any Calendar Quarter, such volumes shall be applied to the applicable Minimum Quarterly Terminal Volume Commitment for each such Terminal.

  • CLEC OUTAGE For a problem limited to one CLEC (or a building with multiple CLECs), BellSouth has several options available for restoring service quickly. For those CLECs that have agreements with other CLECs, BellSouth can immediately start directing traffic to a provisional CLEC for completion. This alternative is dependent upon BellSouth having concurrence from the affected CLECs. Whether or not the affected CLECs have requested a traffic transfer to another CLEC will not impact BellSouth's resolve to re-establish traffic to the original destination as quickly as possible.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5. 1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

  • Dedicated Transport A DS0-, DS1-, or DS3-capacity transmission facility between Verizon switches (as identified in the LERG) or UNE Wire Centers, within a LATA, that is dedicated to a particular end user or carrier. Dedicated Transport is sometimes referred to as dedicated interoffice facilities ("IOF"). Dedicated Transport does not include any facility that does not connect a pair of Verizon UNE Wire Centers.
