Common use of Third Party Vendor Clause in Contracts

Third Party Vendor. o To participate in Get With The Guidelines®- Resuscitation, the Program Participant must execute a Data Use and License Agreement with Quintiles for access to the Patient Management Tool. o Business Associate Agreement (if applicable) Program Participant will be responsible for collecting data within the Patient Management Tool® system hosted by Quintiles via real time data abstraction, data upload, web services, or other identified data repository. Hospitals retain ownership of Individually Identifiable Health Information relating to Program Participant patients, Program Participant PHI and Limited Data Sets subject to the rights granted to the AHA Third Party Vendor and AHA in this Agreement and the DUA (and, if applicable, the BAA).
