Common use of Third Party Warranty Clause in Contracts

Third Party Warranty. 11.1 The Supplier shall within seven days if so required by the Company enter into a warranty with any third party warranting that the standard of the Goods provided is in accordance with the Contract and the Order and that they are fit for the intended purpose. 11.2 The Company shall be entitled to withhold payment for the Goods until such time as the Supplier has provided any warranty requested in accordance with clause 11.1.
