Common use of Third Purchase Price Clause in Contracts

Third Purchase Price. The aggregate purchase price for the Third Notes and the Third Warrants to be purchased by each Buyer at the Third Closing (the “Third Purchase Price”, and together with the First Purchase Price and the Second Purchase Price, the “Purchase Price”) shall be the amount set forth opposite such Buyer’s name in column (8) on the Schedule of Buyers.
