Third Year of Service. 17.9.3.1 Probationary Unit Members retained after the second year of service shall be evaluated in the fall semester only, except where category placement for the fall semester is CONTRACT CATEGORY B or CONTRACT CATEGORY C, in which case evaluation for the spring semester shall be required. 17.9.3.2 Since this is the first year of a two (2) year contract, there will be no recommendation for contract renewal as provided in the Tenure Evaluation Report, Part VI, Section B.
