REMEDIES AND WAIVERS No failure to exercise, nor any delay in exercising, on the part of any Finance Party, any right or remedy under the Finance Documents shall operate as a waiver, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right or remedy prevent any further or other exercise or the exercise of any other right or remedy. The rights and remedies provided in this Agreement are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights or remedies provided by law.
MISCELLANEOUS CLAUSES 18.1. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of the Development Agreement, the terms of the Development Agreement shall prevail unless this Agreement specifically provides otherwise. 18.6. No amendment, modification or addition hereto shall be effective or binding on either Party unless set forth in writing and executed by a duly authorised representative of each Party. 18.7. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and all of which when taken together shall constitute this Agreement. 18.8.
