THIS SPACE INTENTIONALLY LEFT BLANK. The interest shall accrue from the actual date on which the funds are transferred to the account of Party A. Where the loan is made in RMB, the interest rate agreed herein shall remain unchanged during the duration of this Contract. Where the loan is made in any foreign currency, any adjustment to the interest rate aforementioned shall be otherwise agreed by both parties hereto.
