TI Tenant Change Order Request. Tenant may request TI Changes after Tenant approves the Final TI Plans or the Approved TI Plans, as applicable, by notifying Landlord thereof in writing in substantially the same form as the AIA standard change order form (a “TI Tenant Change Order Request”), which TI Tenant Change Order Request shall detail the nature and extent of any requested TI Changes, including, without limitation, (a) the TI Change, (b) the party required to perform the TI Change, and (c) any modification of the Final TI Plans or the Approved TI Plans, as applicable, or the respective Schedule necessitated by the TI
