TIA Communication Sample Clauses
The TIA Communication clause establishes the requirements and procedures for how parties must communicate regarding a Time Impact Analysis (TIA) in the context of a project. It typically outlines the methods of notification, the information that must be included in communications, and the timelines for submitting and responding to TIA-related correspondence. For example, it may require that all TIA submissions be made in writing and specify the documentation needed to support a claim for schedule adjustment. This clause ensures that both parties are kept informed and that there is a clear, documented process for addressing potential schedule impacts, thereby reducing misunderstandings and disputes over project delays.
TIA Communication. A Noteholder may communicate under Section 312(b) of the TIA with other Noteholders about their rights under this Indenture or under the Notes. The Issuer, the Indenture Trustee and the Note Registrar will have the protection of Section 312(c) of the TIA.
