Common use of Ticket Policy Clause in Contracts

Ticket Policy. 10.3.1 Licensee agrees that all ticketed events in the Property, to include the Event will be audited by the City Manager’s designee relating to tickets sold by Licensee. There will be no exceptions. 10.3.2 Licensee agrees to submit a valid ticket manifest prior to the opening of the gates. There will be no exceptions. The City Manager’s designee will report compliance or lack of compliance to the City prior to the gates being opened on day of the Event.
