Common use of Tier 2 Clause in Contracts

Tier 2. Settlement Class Members who elect to fill out the Claim Form section for Tier 2 and who provide valid Proof(s) of Purchase may recover $.80 per Unit purchased for the number of Units for which a valid Proof of Purchase has been provided, up to a maximum reimbursement of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per Household. For the avoidance of doubt, a Settlement Class Member may file a single Claim only, electing either Tier 1 or Tier 2 per Household.

Tier 2. Settlement Class Members who elect to fill out the Claim Form section for Tier 2 and who provide valid Proof(s) of Purchase may recover $.80 1.00 per Unit purchased for the number of Units for which a valid Proof of Purchase has been provided, up to a maximum reimbursement of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) 30.00 per Household. For the avoidance of doubt, a Settlement Class Member may file a single Claim only, electing either Tier 1 or Tier 2 per Household.

Tier 2. Settlement Class Members who elect to fill out the Claim Form section for Tier 2 and who provide do have valid Proof(s) Proof of Purchase may recover $.80 0.40 per Unit purchased for up to one hundred (100) Units or $40.00 per Household, subject to adjustments based upon, among other things, the number of Units for which a valid Proof of Purchase has been provided, up to a maximum reimbursement of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per Household. For the avoidance of doubt, a Settlement Class Member may file a single Claim only, electing either Tier 1 or Tier 2 per HouseholdValid Claims submitted.

Tier 2. Settlement Class Members who elect to fill out the Claim Form section for Tier 2 and who provide valid Proof(s) of Purchase may recover $.80 3.00 per Unit purchased for the number of Units for which a valid Proof of Purchase has been provided, up to a maximum reimbursement of twenty-five dollars (15 units, for a benefit of up to a maximum of $25.00) per Household. For the avoidance of doubt, a Settlement Class Member may file a single Claim only, electing either Tier 1 or Tier 2 45.00 per Household.
