Time Accountability a. Additional-time accountability verification shall consist of reporting total actual days that involve extra duties inherent to the salaried position, whether by forecasting or post-documentation after adapting the year based on need. A total of fifty (50) such days are to be required as the minimum expectation for documentation purposes on a per-teacher basis, with any weekend day counting as two (2).‌ b. Ag teachers shall reasonably verify equitable distribution of necessary program duties and hours across the Ag teachers in the program. Duties may accordingly need to be rotated based on shifting employee availability over the course of the year, but is to be fulfilled over the course of the year. c. For any Ag teacher with permanent status in the District, high time investment is not disallowed, but remains the express discretion of the teacher. However, any time invested in the Ag program in excess of the additional time required shall not be eligible for time sheeting purposes. This MOU’s provisions above shall be added to the contract. The parties mutually agree to reconvene to negotiate compensation, accountability, and/or duties as it relates to the Agricultural program, as necessary. Time Accountability. 350 The City will have the right to establish policy with regard to providing accurate 351 accountability for employees' time and the employees will be required to comply with the 352 policy. Employees will be given two fifteen minute breaks with pay during the normal work 353 shift on the job site; the break time may be designated by the City. Employees will have a 354 lunch break during the middle of their shift. It is incumbent upon the employees' honor not 355 to abuse this privilege. Otherwise, it will necessitate that the City take appropriate action to 356 eliminate the abuse. Break and lunch times are to be taken at times convenient to the 357 efficient operation of the City with employees recognizing that they will not be able to take 358 their lunch or mid-shift breaks until the urgent or critical aspect of their work has been 359 completed. The City agrees not to abuse the delay of lunch or break.

  • Accountability Actuaries and external auditors will be appointed by the Trust. Audited financial statements, and an actuarial evaluation report will be obtained for the Trust on an annual basis. The actuarial report will include projections for the Trust for a period of not less than 3 years into the future.

  • Service Accountability Agreements The HSP acknowledges that if the LHIN and the HSP enter into negotiations for a subsequent service accountability agreement, subsequent funding may be interrupted if the next service accountability agreement is not executed on or before the expiration date of this Agreement.

  • A Service Accountability Agreement This Agreement is a service accountability agreement for the purposes of the Enabling Legislation.

  • Health Care Accountability Ordinance If Administrative Code Chapter 12Q applies to this contract, Contractor shall comply with the requirements of Chapter 12Q. For each Covered Employee, Contractor shall provide the appropriate health benefit set forth in Section 12Q.3 of the HCAO. If Contractor chooses to offer the health plan option, such health plan shall meet the minimum standards set forth by the San Francisco Health Commission. Information about and the text of the Chapter 12Q, as well as the Health Commission’s minimum standards, is available on the web at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/olse/hcao. Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 12Q. Any Subcontract entered into by Contractor shall require any Subcontractor with 20 or more employees to comply with the requirements of the HCAO and shall contain contractual obligations substantially the same as those set forth in this Section.

  • Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA Subrecipient shall comply with the requirements of 2 CFR part 25 Universal Identifier and System for Award Management (▇▇▇). Subrecipient must have an active registration in ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.gov/▇▇▇/ in accordance with 2 CFR part 25, appendix A, and must have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/webform/ Subrecipient must also comply with provisions of the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act, which includes requirements on executive compensation, 2 CFR part 170 Reporting Subaward and Executive Compensation Information.
