Time Allotted. 1. Employees hired prior to July 1, 1998 shall be entitled to twenty-three (23) vacation days per contract year and employees hired effective July 1, 1998 and thereafter shall be entitled to twenty (20) such vacation days. 2. The aforementioned vacation time shall be available for use in the following contract year. The vacation time earned for an employee who has worked less than a full contract year shall be prorated.
