Common use of Time and a Half Clause in Contracts

Time and a Half. Employees shall receive overtime pay of one-and-one-half (1 ½) times their regular rate of pay for all work performed on their sixth (6th) consecutive day of work with overtime paid at one-and-one-half(1 ½ ) times after 7 hours in a day or 35 hours in a week.
