Common use of TIME AND APPLICABLE LAW Clause in Contracts

TIME AND APPLICABLE LAW. Time is of the essence of this Lease and of each and all of its provisions, except as to the conditions relating to the delivery of possession of the Premises to Tenant, but Landlord shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Premises to be delivered on the dates set forth herein. This Lease shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, and the venue of any action or proceeding under this Lease shall be the City and County of Denver, Colorado.
