Time and Manner of Payment. 35.1 Disbursements will be paid upon achievement of the agreed milestones stated in Section 4.4, and following submission of satisfactory invoices to UNDP. Invoices shall be paid within thirty (30) days of the date of their acceptance by UNDP. UNDP shall make every effort to accept an invoice or so advise the Innovator of its non-acceptance within a reasonable time from receipt. 35.2 All payments shall be made by UNDP to the following Bank account of the Innovator:
