Common use of Time and Method of Payment Clause in Contracts

Time and Method of Payment. Within 30 days after its receipt of a properly prepared invoice, accompanied by acceptable Supporting Material, the Payor shall pay to the Payee the amount stated on the invoice less any amounts disputed pursuant to Section 5.8(b) and any withholding required by Applicable Law. The Payor shall make payment by electronic funds transfer or other mutually agreed method to an account designated by the Payee.
