Common use of Time and Method of Payment Clause in Contracts

Time and Method of Payment. All amounts payable to the Note Purchaser hereunder or with respect to the Note shall be made by wire transfer of immediately available funds in Dollars not later than 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on the date due. Any funds received after that time will be deemed to have been received on the next Business Day.
