Time and Place of Collection. Normal collection points for residential brush and tree trimmings shall be at curbside near the driveway. Brush and tree trimmings shall be placed as close to the roadway as practicable without interfering with or endangering the movement of vehicles or pedestrians or impeding the flow of storm water. All brush and tree trimmings will normally be picked up on the first scheduled collection day of the week.
