Time and Place of Hearing. The arbitrator shall hold the hearing within fifteen (15) university calendar days of acceptance of the selection or as soon thereafter as practicable, and shall issue a decision within thirty (30) university calendar days of the hearing unless additional time is agreed to by both the parties.
