Common use of Time and Place of Payment Clause in Contracts

Time and Place of Payment. With the exception of the payment of the first month's Minimum Monthly Rent which shall be delivered by Sublessee to Sublessor upon Sublessee's execution of this Sublease, all payments of Minimum Monthly Rent shall be made, in advance, without notice, on the first (1st) day of each month during the Term, payable to the order of "UNIS▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇" ▇▇d addressed to UNIS▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇.O. ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇N: LEASE ADMINISTRATION or to such other person or at such other place as Sublessor may from time to time designate in writing.
