Common use of Time and Place of the Closing and Closing Date Clause in Contracts

Time and Place of the Closing and Closing Date. The closing (“Closing”) shall occur within fifteen (15) Business Days following the satisfaction or (to the extent permitted by Legal Requirements) waiver of the conditions set forth in Article VII (other than those conditions that by their terms are to be satisfied at the Closing, but subject to the satisfaction or (to the extent permitted by Legal Requirements) waiver of those conditions), of which one party hereto shall have notified the other party, or such other date that may be agreed to by the parties.
