Common use of Time and Place of the Closing Clause in Contracts

Time and Place of the Closing. If the conditions referred to in Articles 8 and 9 have been satisfied or waived in writing, and subject to any extensions provided for herein, the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (the “Closing”) shall take place at the offices of Grantee, whose address is ▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇., ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time on March 29, 2013, or if all such conditions have not been satisfied or waived by that date, then two Business Days after all such conditions have been satisfied or waived (the “Closing Date”).

Time and Place of the Closing. If the conditions referred to in Articles 8 10 and 9 11 have been satisfied or waived in writing, and subject to any extensions provided for herein, the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (the “Closing”) shall take place at the offices of Grantee▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, LLP, whose address is ▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇., ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time on March 29December 28, 20132012, or if all such conditions have not been satisfied or waived by that date, then two (2) Business Days after all such conditions have been satisfied or waived (the “Closing Date”).
