Time/Dates. Time is of the essence of this Agreement. If any date in this Agreement for the delivery of any document or the happening of any event should, under the terms hereof, fall on a weekend or holiday, then such date shall be automatically extended to the next succeeding weekday that is not a holiday.

All references to the "Effective Date," if any, shall be deemed to refer to the date the council for the City and the Board of Education issues a final approval of this Exchange Agreement, whichever occurs last.

Failure to operate during fair hours will result in forfeiture of space without refund.

  • Effective Dates This Letter of Understanding shall take effect for all grievances filed on or after February 1, 2022. This ▇▇▇ shall expire upon successful ratification of a Memorandum of Agreement with respect to central terms.
