Common use of Time Deadlines Clause in Contracts

Time Deadlines. Tenant shall cooperate with (i) the Architect, the Engineers, and Landlord to complete all phases of the Working Drawings, the Engineering Drawings and the permitting process, and (ii) the Contractor, for approval of the "Cost Proposal," as that term is defined in Section 2.8, below, in accordance with the dates set forth herein. Tenant shall meet with Landlord on a weekly basis to discuss Tenant's progress in connection with the same. The applicable dates for approval of items, plans and drawings and selection of a contractor as described in this Work Letter are referred to herein as the "time deadlines." Tenant agrees to comply with the time deadlines.
