Common use of Time for Commencement and Completion Clause in Contracts

Time for Commencement and Completion. a. The TSP shall take all necessary steps to commence work on the Project from the Effective Date of the Agreement and shall achieve Scheduled COD of the Project in accordance with the time schedule specified in Schedule 2 of this Agreement; b. The COD of each Element of the Project shall occur no later than the Scheduled COD or within such extended time to which the TSP shall be entitled under Article 4.4 hereto.
