Common use of Time for Compliance Clause in Contracts

Time for Compliance. Contractor shall not commence Work under this Agreement until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City that it has secured all insurance required under this section. In addition, Contractor shall not allow any subcontractor to commence work on any subcontract until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City that the subcontractor has secured all insurance required under this section.

Time for Compliance. In addition, Contractor shall require and verify that all subContractors maintain insurance meeting all the requirements stated herein. Contractor shall not allow any subcontractor subContractor to commence work on any subcontract until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City CITY that the subcontractor subContractor has secured all insurance required under this sectionSection.

Time for Compliance. Contractor shall not commence Work under this Agreement Contract until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City that it has secured all insurance required under this sectionSection. In addition, Contractor shall require and verify that all subcontractors maintain insurance meeting all the requirements stated herein. Contractor shall not allow any subcontractor to commence work on any subcontract until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City that the subcontractor has secured all insurance required under this sectionSection. All coverages required by this Section 17 shall meet the requirements of Section 17.4.

Time for Compliance.
