Common use of TIME FOR PROJECT COMPLETION Clause in Contracts

TIME FOR PROJECT COMPLETION. All of CONTRACTOR’s work on the Project shall be completed within durations established for the individual activities as set forth in the Project Construction Schedule. All work shall commence fifteen (15) calendar days after receiving a written Notice to Proceed from CITY or Project Manager, if a Project Manager is employed by CITY on the Project. CONTRACTOR shall refer to the invitations for bids, and Project Plans and Specifications, all of which, as set forth below, are incorporated herein by reference, for contractual obligations regarding individual activity durations. The aggregate sum total work of all individual Prime Contractors to CITY comprises the entire “Project” and shall be commenced and completed in conformance with the Project Construction Schedule. The entire Project shall be completed within # of days consecutive calendar days (“Contract Time”).
