Common use of Time for Travelling Clause in Contracts

Time for Travelling. A Member who is assigned duties at two (2) or more locations on the same day shall be provided with adequate time to travel between the locations. When travelling time occurs, it shall be exclusive of preparation time, and when it occurs during the lunch period, it shall be an extension of the 40-minute lunch period, unless by mutual consent of the Member, the Local and the Board.
