Time in Which to Consider. The Executive shall have twenty-one (21) days in which to consider this Agreement, although the Executive may accept this Agreement at any time prior to the expiration of such twenty-one (21)-day period. Any changes to this Agreement, whether material or immaterial, do not restart the running of the consideration period.
