Common use of TIME IS ESSENCE Clause in Contracts

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoters shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project/Complex with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment to the Allottee and the Common Areas to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be. The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of time.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoters Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project/Complex project with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment to the Allottee and the Common Areas common areas to the association Association of allottees Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be. The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of time.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoters Promoter/Developer shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project/Complex project with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment to the Allottee and the Common Areas common areas to the association of allottees all allottee or the competent authority, as the case may be. The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of time.

The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of time.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoters Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project/Complex project with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment Apartment/Pent Houses [Apartment/ROW-HOUSE], to the Allottee and the Common Areas common areas to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be. The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of time.

The Promoters Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project/Complex Project with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment to the Allottee together with undivided proportionate share of common areas and the Common Areas management of the common areas to the association Association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be. The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of time.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoters Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project/Complex Project with the Authority and towards handing over the Said Apartment to the Allottee / Purchaser and the Common Areas of the Real Estate Project (described in Schedule E below) to the association of allottees or the competent authority/ Purchaser, as the case may be. The Common Areas, amenities upon its formation and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of timeregistration.

The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of time.

TIME IS ESSENCE. 5.1 The Promoters Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project Project, as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project/Complex Project with the Authority competent authority under the Act and towards handing over the Apartment to the Allottee and the Common Areas to the association of allottees or the competent authorityAssociation, as the case may be. The Common AreasSimilarly, amenities and facilities the Allottee shall make timely payments of the said Projectinstalments and other Dues payable by him/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of her/it under the Full Project/ Complex in due course of timeAgreement.

The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of time.

The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of time.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoters Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project/Complex project with the Authority and towards handing handling over the said Apartment to the Allottee and the Common Areas common areas to the association of allottees Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may be. The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of time.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoters Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Phase - III of the Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project/Complex with the Authority and towards Project before handing over the Said Apartment to the Allottee and the Common Areas to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may beAllottee. The Common Areasproject common areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, will shall be handed over completed only upon of the completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of timewhole project.

The Promoters Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project/Complex project with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment to the Allottee and the Common Areas common areas to the association Association of allottees Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be. The Common Areas, amenities and facilities subject to compliance of the said Project/Complex, however, will terms and conditions laid down hereunder to be handed over only upon of completion of fulfilled by the Full Project/ Complex in due course of timeAllottee on its part.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoters Promoter/Developer shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project project within the validity of Sanction building plan as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project/Complex project with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment to the Allottee Allottee/s and the Common Areas common areas to the association of allottees all allottee/s or the competent authority, as the case may be. The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of time.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoters Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project/Complex project with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment to the Allottee Allotteeprovided all the payments have been made within time and the Common Areas common areas to the association of allottees Allottees (subject to its formation and registration or the competent authority, as the case may be. The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of time.

The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of time.

The Promoters Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project/Complex project with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment Apartment/Shop/Flat to the Allottee and the Common Areas common areas to the association of allottees Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may be. The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of time.

The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of timeapplicable).

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoters Promoter shall abide by the time schedule Schedule for completing the Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project/Complex Project with the Authority and towards handing over the Said Apartment to the Allottee Allottees and the Common Areas of the Real Estate Project (described in Schedule E below) to the association of allottees or the competent authorityAllottees, as the case may be. The Common Areas, amenities upon its formation and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of timeregistration.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoters Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project/Complex Project with the Authority and towards handing over the Said Apartment for residential usage along with parking to the Allottee Allottee(s) and the Common Areas to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be. The Common Areas, amenities and facilities as provided under Rule 2(1)(f) of the said Project/ComplexRules, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of time2017.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Promoters Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project/Complex Project with the Authority and towards handing over the Allotted Apartment to the Allottee and the Common Areas Project to the association of allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be. The Common Areas, amenities and facilities Association of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of Apartment Acquirers and the Full Project/ Complex Allottee shall abide by the time schedule for payment in due course of timethe manner as stated in the Eighth Schedule hereunder written.

The Promoters Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project/Complex Project with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment Said Flat to the Allottee and the Common Areas of the Real Estate Project (described in Schedule E below) to the association of allottees or the competent authorityallottees, as the case may be. The Common Areas, amenities upon its formation and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of timeregistration.

The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of time.

The Promoters Promoter shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project/Complex Project with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment to the Allottee and the Common Areas to the association Association of allottees Allottees or the competent authorityCompetent Authority, as the case may be. The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of time.

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Common Areas, amenities and facilities as provided under Rule 2(1)(f) of the said Project/ComplexRules, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of time2017.

The Common Areas, amenities Amenities and facilities of Facilities Reserved for the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of Residential Block to the Full Project/ Complex in due course of timeOwners Association.

The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the Full Project/ Complex in due course of time.

The Common Areas, amenities and facilities Association of the said Project/Complex, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of Apartment Acquirers and the Full Project/ Complex Allottee shall abide by the time schedule for payment in due course of timethe manner as stated in the Third Schedule hereunder written.
