Common use of TIME IS ESSENCE Clause in Contracts

TIME IS ESSENCE. The Developer shall abide by the time schedule for completing the Project as disclosed at the time of registration of the Project with the Authority and towards handing over the Apartment to the Allottees and the Common Areas to the association of Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be. The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the full Project in due course of time.

The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Building/ Project, however, will be handed over only upon of the completion of the full Building/ Project in due course of time.

The Common Areas, amenities and facilities of the said Project, however, will be handed over only upon of completion of the full Project in due course of time.
