TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE OF THIS LEASE. Time is of the essence with respect to all obligations and payments under this Lease.
TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE OF THIS LEASE. If Lessee is a corporation, each individual executing this Lease on behalf of said corporation represents and warrants that he is duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of said corporation in accordance with a duly adopted resolution of the Board of Directors of said corporation or in accordance with the By-Laws of said corporation; and that this Lease is binding upon said corporation in accordance with its term. If Lessee is a corporation, Lessee shall, within thirty (30) days after execution of this Lease, deliver to Lessor or certified copy of a resolution of the Board of Directors of said corporation authorizing or ratifying the execution of this Lease.
TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE OF THIS LEASE. If the time period by which any right, option or election provided under this Lease must be exercised, or by which any act required hereunder must be performed, expires on a Saturday, Sunday or any Holidays, then such time period will be automatically extended through the close of business on the next regularly scheduled Business Day.
