Common use of Time; Joint and Several Liability Clause in Contracts

Time; Joint and Several Liability. Time is of the essence of this Lease and each and every provision hereof, except as to the conditions relating to the delivery of possession of the Premises to Tenant. All of the terms, convenants and conditions contained in this Lease to be performed by either party, if such party shall consist of more than one person or organization, shall be deemed to be joint and several, and all rights and remedies of the parties shall be cumulative and nonexclusive of any other remedy at law or in equity.
