Time Limit for Filing. No grievance shall be entertained or processed unless it is submitted at Step 1 within seven business days after the first occurrence of the event giving rise to the grievance or within seven business days after the employee, through the use of reasonable diligence, could have obtained knowledge of the first occurrence of the event giving rise to the grievance.
