Time Limit on Certain Defenses. After two years from the Effective Date of coverage for any Subscriber, no misstatements, or omissions, except fraudulent misstatements or omissions, made in the application for coverage shall be used to void this Contract or to deny a claim for loss incurred after the expiration of such two-year period. No claim for loss incurred after two years from the Effective Date of this Contract shall be reduced or denied on the ground that a disease or physical condition not excluded from coverage by name or specific description effective on the date of loss had existed prior to the Subscriber’s Effective Date. However, this provision shall not apply to a disease or physical condition for which a fraudulent misstatement or omission was made by the Subscriber in his/her application for coverage.
