Common use of Time Limitation on Claims Clause in Contracts

Time Limitation on Claims. Any claim that one party to this Agreement wishes to assert against the other which arises out of this Agreement must be the subject of a demand letter callingfor the process in section 15(e) above to commence within twenty four (24) months of the time theparty became (or ought reasonably to have become) aware of its right to bring the claim.
