Time Limits to Present Initial Grievance. ‌ Any employee who wishes to present a grievance as in Article 9.02 of the grievance procedure in the manner prescribed in Article 9.13 must do so no later than thirty (30) days after the date: 1. on which the employee was notified orally or in writing of the action or circumstances giving rise to the grievance; 2. on which the employee first became aware of the action or circumstances giving rise to the grievance.
