The supervisor shall sign and date the grievance as received at Step 2.

An employee may initiate the written who wishes to present a grievance at Step 2 of the grievance procedure, procedure in the manner prescribed in Article Clause 8.4, must do so not later than twenty-one (21) days after the datethan: (a) 21 days after the date on which he/she was they were notified orally or in writing, of the action or circumstances giving rise to the grievance;; or (b) 21 days after the date on which he/she they first became aware of the action or circumstances giving rise to the grievance. 8.4 Step 2 (a) Subject to the time limits in Article Clause 8.3, the employee may present a grievance at this level by: (a1) recording the this grievance on the appropriate grievance form, setting out the nature of the grievance and the circumstances from which it arose; (b2) stating the article(s) article or clause(s) articles of the Agreement agreement infringed upon or alleged to have been violated and the remedy or correction required; and (c3) transmitting the this grievance to the Employer designate designated supervisor through the Union union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. The supervisor shall sign and date the grievance as received at Step 2.

An employee may initiate the written who wishes to file a grievance at Step 2 of the grievance procedure, procedure in the manner prescribed in Article 8.47.4, not must do so no later than twenty-one (21) days after the date: (a) on which he/she the employee was notified orally or in writing, of the action or circumstances giving rise to the grievance;; or (b) on which he/she the employee first became aware of the action or circumstances giving rise to the grievance. 8.4 Step 2 (a) Subject to the time limits in Article 8.37.3, the employee may present a grievance at this level by: (a1) recording the this grievance on the appropriate grievance form, setting out the nature of the grievance and the circumstances from which it arose; (b2) stating the article(s) Article or clause(s) Articles of the Agreement infringed upon or alleged to have been violated and the remedy or correction required; and (c3) transmitting the grievance to the Employer designate Executive Director through the Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. (b) The Executive Director shall acknowledge receipt of the written grievance by signing and dating the grievance form at the time the grievance is presented.
