Time Lines. 17.5.4.1 Except as provided in section 17.5.4.2, below, the evaluation process for any semester shall be conducted in accordance with the time lines specified in section 17.7 of this Article. Deviations from the time lines as provided in section 17.7 that do not materially affect the substance of the evaluation shall not invalidate the findings and recommendations therein. 17.5.4.2 Where a Probationary Unit Member is assigned to the School of Continuing Education and the Unit Member’s schedule is based on the noncredit calendar, or where the Unit Member is assigned short-term classes, the evaluation process shall be conducted in accordance with time lines developed by the Tenure Review Committee in conjunction with the District Office of Human Resources.
