Time Lines. Should the grievant or the Association fail to timely file or advance a grievance the grievance shall become void and forever waived. Should the School District, its agents or representatives fail to provide a timely response at any step of this procedure such failure shall be considered a denial of the grievance and the grievance may be timely advanced to the next step of this procedure.
