Time Lump Sum Payment Clause Samples

The Time Lump Sum Payment clause establishes that payment for a project or service will be made as a single, fixed amount, regardless of the actual time or resources expended. Typically, this clause applies to contracts where the scope of work is clearly defined and the parties agree upfront on the total compensation, such as in construction or consulting agreements.
