Time & Materials. 2.1 Unless otherwise stated in a framework agreement document or relevant Statement of Work, Servent will charge the Customer for the Services on a time & materials basis. Under this basis, all prices quoted to the Customer are estimates only and are subject to change by Servent. Servent shall notify the Customer as soon as reasonably practicable of any changes in its estimates relating to the Services. 2.2 Charges for Services supplied on a time & materials basis, together with any related expenses, shall be invoiced by Servent monthly in arrears.
