Common use of Time of Application Clause in Contracts

Time of Application. The Subcontractor shall submit progress payment applications to the Contractor no later than the day of each payment period for the Work performed up to and including the day of the payment period indicating work completed.

Time of Application. The Subcontractor shall submit progress payment applications to the Contractor no later than the twenty-fifth (25th) day of each payment period for the Subcontract Work performed up to and including the last day of the payment period indicating work completedcompleted and, to the extent allowed under Subparagraph 8.2.4, materials suitably stored during the preceding payment period.
