Common use of Time of Application Clause in Contracts

Time of Application. The Subcontractor shall submit progress payment applications to the Constructor no later than the 25th Day of each payment period for the Subcontract Work performed up to and including the 30th Day of the payment period indicating work completed and, to the extent allowed under the subsection below, materials suitably stored during the preceding payment period.
