Common use of Time of Closing Clause in Contracts

Time of Closing. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the purchase and sale of the Assets will be completed at a closing to be held at 11:00 a.m., local time in Vancouver, on March 15, 2008 or at such other time and date agreed upon in writing between the parties (the "Closing Date").

Time of Closing.
