Common use of Time of Collection Clause in Contracts

Time of Collection. The time of collection shall vary from Locality to Locality and is solely agreed between the Local Council and the Waste Carrier; however it is not permissible to initiate such collection before 7.00 hours am or after 24.00 hours.
